Chad is planning to post outline of refactored protocol document for TC buy in.

Rainier looked at Scott's documentation on Metadata and imported it into a UML tool. It needs manual tweaking. He will post draft of text-based UML in a few weeks. 

Hal suggested that a link to Scott's documentation on Metadata be made available somewhere.
