Rainer: A few updates were made to the document: (a) the target audience is more specific; (b) a few elements and  an overview of relationships were added; (c) descriptions of items were added (derived from SAML specs). Please have a look at the document and provide feedback.

Sal: Had a quick look and seems to be useful information.

Rainer: I am not a federation operator, specifically I would need support to decide what items are ubiquitous and need to be included in the overview, or otherwise unused or out of fashion.
