Minutes from SSTC Telecon meeting (11/24/2015)


1. Roll Call & Agenda Review.

(4) Discussion items:

- Errata needed for ECDSA signing:  

  o The section on signatures for the redirect binding is "underspecified".

  o The document doesn't say how to do so in the case of ECDSA signatures.

  o Hal doubts that anyone has gone back to the SAML2.0 spec to update the relevant parts.  Hal will check with implementation and will report back.

  o Scott will follow-up with a proposed Errata.


- Hal mentioned that the XACML TC is reviewing (and will comment on) the "Attribute Based Access Control" document that was just released by the National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence National (part of NIST).

  o Hal will forward the link to the SSTC mailing-list.


(5) Next SSTC call will be December 22, 2015.
