Hi Mert,

In the European Union we have developed a profile and related specifications for the inter-federation of Member State eID systems using SAML 2.0.

As part of this requirement (as enshrined in EU law under the eIDAS Regulation) we have included very similar specifications for attribute requests.

Take a look at sections 2.3.2 and 5.2 (amongst others) of the attached message format specification. The full eIDAS set of technical specifications can be found here https://joinup.ec.europa.eu/software/cefeid/document/eidas-technical-specifications-v10

You may want to take this into account with your attribute extension work.
