Ballots - creation & review & voting schedules?

In looking at the msgs on the security-use list, and my security-use concall
notes, it's pretty clear that we agreed to vote on "groups 6,7,8,9" by today,
but I'm kinda lost as to what the schedule is going forward. 

It would help (me at least) if someone (Darren? Evan?) would maintain a simple
one-page, text, schedule for ballot creation & review & voting, that is updated
and mailed to security-use weekly, say. 

Perhaps this is something to add to the concall agenda for tomorrow?
