RE: [semantic-ex] Groups - SEE TC Formation Meeting added

Peter, Duane, 

I was advised that the first conference call date and time (which has been
announced for a month) should not be moved. The fact that we are currently
getting Koreans involved (from NCA and DERI Seoul) is another argument that
finding a suitable time for everybody might be rather impossible. 

During initial phone conference we should agreed how to process further with
this kind of problems and to pick up the most suitable time(s). It will be
also heavily dependent on distribution of work and time zones of editors.
