Document Description:
This document provides a requirements specification for a prototype to be
developed in Essex County Council with the support of SAP to demonstrate
proof of concept of the benefits of implementing SWS in the context of a
specific service scenario where a disabled Mother Moves In to her
daughters home and multiple service-providing agencies need to be informed
and to interact in order to provide appropriate services. Sections 2-3
provide a description of the problem, constraints and operational
environment. Sections 4-6 provide Functional and Non-Functional
Requirements and a description of the Prototype.
