Document Description:
This deliverable presents the requirements for a Business-to-Business
platform for the Telecommunications industry based upon Semantic Web
Services. The aims of such a platform are to enable Telecommunications
companies to operate more effectively in what is an increasingly dynamic,
multi-disciplinary business environment; delivering innovative services to
customers more quickly and with reduced cost. The requirements are drawn by
examining the specific case of a Virtual Internet Service Provider (VISP)
platform. The VISP is examined via two use cases Least Cost Supply
Management (included for information only) and Assurance Integration.
