A new phone provider will be chosen that has local call potential (to reduce costs). This event will be updated with more details once a call test has occured.

* Action items from phoen conference (20th Feb 2006) 

* Michal Zaremba to create web ballot for John Domingue becoming TC Chair.
* Michal Zaremba to assign sections from the two documents to individual authors
* Matthew Moran to review the state of the art regarding a conceptual architecture for the terms used in SEE and provide a paragraph as a starting point for the architecture document. 
* Matthew Moran and Michal Zaremba to read SOA-RM TC public review draft and see where alignment can occur with SEE TC documents.
* Mick Kerrigan to send agenda/date/time for next phone conference
* Matthew Moran to send details of local call number systems to Mick Kerrigan
* Mick Kerrigan to run test call before switching the SEE TC  phone number
