I've refactored the document deleting some empty sections and separating
the content of section 2 in two sections. Section 2 now includes only
research and development activities that serve as basis for SEE TC. While
section 3 includes the related standardization activities.
I rember:
- Michal Zaremba to update the Related Work deliverable with information
received from Carl Mattocks 
- John Domingue to add a section on the conceptual architecture work of
Chris Preist in section 2
- Thomas Haselwanter to add WSMO Choreography in section 2
