Dear SEE TC members,

I've just finished recovering the editors of the various sections in the
background and related work document, but some are still missing. I
couldn't find the editors of the following sections:
- Semantic Web Services Initiative - Semantic Web Services Architecture
Committee
- OASIS SOA Reference Model TC
- OASIS ebSOA TC
- OASIS Web Services Resource Framework
- OASIS ebXML Registry TC
