I thought the comments went through with this notification.

I added the following note:

"After discussion with Adrian I have made some minor edits to his new
material for Section 2 and a major re-write of Section 4 to correspond with
our agreements on positioning the Reference Model and Architecture."

I'm working now on Section 3, but I thought it was important to upload this
meanwhile.
