dear all,

I updated the "SEE Background and Related Work" document. the main content
that i updated in the new draft version is as following:
=============================================
1, re-organize each section, mainly according to the outline (basic
description, main idea/motivation, relations to SEE/others, and/or
further-info)
2, some detailed input on each section, esp. more citations and
references
3, some new inputs about SESA, adding wsmo/l/x pictures
4, formating etc.
=============================================
please check the new version of this document, 
after next Monday phone conference, I will finalize the document.
