Hi everyone,

As we discussed on the last phone conference, the main aim of the next 
call on February 19th is to discuss the comments to the SOA-RO in order 
to make a new release candidate. I have collected together all the 
comments from multiple submission on the attached document. Please take 
a look at these comments prior to our call on February 19th. Your input 
on these issues is much appreciated
