Subject: RE: Smart Grid PAP03, PAP04, PAP09 Review - UPDATED
1:30 to 3:00 There, now that the exciting part is out of the way, we heard LOAD and CLEAR that we were stepping on the long scheduled NAESB SG meeting. The PAPS will each have a brief status updates which will include a conversation on when each of the PAPs should meet. These reviews are PAP meetings, not NAESB, not OpenSG, not OASIS, not CalConnect or any other of the task meetings but a review by the Smart Grid Community on overall progress of each Plan. These ongoing reviews are in part a response to feedback received in Denver for general reviews Remember, while these plans intend to use some of the outputs from each other, and have some overlap in participants, they are different plans. Lining them up is a reflection of the difficulty in getting a time slot for year end review. The schedule will be: 1:30 PAP03 Price & Product 2:00 PAP04 Schedule and Interval 2:30 PAP09 DR & DER signals Toll-free number: 1-888-450-5996 Participant passcode: 307830 We will not start a new PAP Review until the time scheduled so you can take in only one if you want. Each plan will hit a hard stop, including the last, so you can go on to the NAESB call. We will schedule a recurring time for detailed reviews going forward as part each half hour. Thanks, And at least I know you are all reading your email – my PC was smoking this morning. tc "If something is not worth doing, it`s not worth doing well" - Peter Drucker
From: Toby Considine [mailto:Toby.Considine@gmail.com] As part of the NIST’s continuing work to accelerate the development of Smart Grid standards, we have scheduled the first of a recurring set of open meetings to assess the progress and status priority action plans (PAPs) 3, 4, and 9. For now, we will have the interleaved plans for PAP03 (Price & Product) , PAP04 (Schedule and Interval) and PAP09 (DR & DER signals) in back to back sessions on the same line. I do not yet have a detailed schedule, but the call will be from 2:00 ET (11:00 PT) to 4:00 ET (1:00 PT) on Thursday the 17th of December. The webinar information will be sent out later. The call-in line is: Toll-free number: 1-888-450-5996 Participant passcode: 307830 Please feel welcome to join us.
