Subject: RE: [soa-blueprints] RE: [soa-rm] JtC = cross post solution (was) ... Re: The real SOA challenge?

The OASIS SOA Reference Model should refer to the SOA blueprints. In the draft-10 (http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/15389/wd-soa-rm-10.pdf) there is an overview in sec 1.1. This section could put the Blueprints also in perspective. Probably in the "Related Work" group.

Cheers,

Ramesh

I also like the idea of having a committee that explains SOA related

work and all of the various OASIS WS-* protocol working groups to the

public

This might be a starting point for the proposed TC.

Blueprints Technical Committees"

John,

Please chip in your proposed FAQ as well.

[Replying on SOA-RM TC list only]

Let me be the first to say that I think a "service-oriented architecture

joint committee" is an *excellent* idea.
