SOA-EERP TC Meeting at 9:00pm, not 8:30pm New York time

I'd misread the minutes, and as I put them online I realized that we had 
agreed to 9:00pm New York Time on Wednesdays. I'm sending this message 
with the specific subject line so it's more visible.

I'll be on the international bridge at 8:30pm to greet early arrivals; I 
hope that someone in the US will be able to be on the US bridge.
