Here's the agenda and meeting information for our next TC meeting, 15
October 2008 at 9pm New York time, the morning of 16 October 2008 Beijing
time.

Teleconference information has been the same sine the first meeting; please
contact me if you need access numbers.

Please note that we have not received any information about the proposed
Hong Kong meeting, and it's very late. We should reschedule or cancel that
meeting.

It's time to start working, so we will discuss how to work in the absence
of the promised contributions.
