Title: Schema in Non-Normative Appendix of each Spec for Readability

Description:
Schema is not in the specifications. The schema should appear in each specification in a non-normative appendix, and state that the included schema is non-normative.

The illustrations (from XMLSpy) should be considered for inclusion as well.
