Meetings and quorum

Please show up on time for our meetings.

It is discourteous to expect others to wait.

If you have documents to discuss, please upload them a minimum of 72 hours before the meeting if action is requested. This is to allow people to read and think about the documents for a productive discussion, and to allow interested members who have read them to attend the meeting.

Discussion-only documents should also be sent to the list in advance; if possible 72 hours, but at least 48 hours.

The agenda is assembled (usually) around 48 hours before meetings except when I'm traveling; I returned early today from a workshop, so was not able to send it until much later--my apologies.

By uploading documents for discussion and possible action, we will have more productive meetings. This will help us move forward together.
