Meeting 11 November (New York)/12 November (East Asia) failed dueto lack of quorum

International phone bridge was shut down at 16 minutes into the meeting schedule time.

An informal discussion continued after the international bridge was shut down, but the meeting has failed and cannot be reattempted today.

Reminder: please try to be on the chat five minutes ahead of time, and call before the start time.

I know that there was a time change in the US. The meeting times are in US Eastern time; you can always check the meeting notice or open the .ics file attached to your meeting notice in your calendar to get current information.

Next meeting is December 9 (New York)/ December 10 (East Asia).
