14. BSLA lines 1-12. This is not sufficient to connect the notion of a BUSINESS Service Level Agreement to an SLA as understood in the software/IT world. An explanation connecting, contrasting, and comparing the notoins should be included. There is some defition in 2.3 (line 108-110) which partially satisfies this. In conjunction with comment 15 this needs to be more clear and more prominently placed at the beginning of the document in Section 1.
