Add the following text to the white paper, page 8 of WD08: 

Note that this conceptual framework is just one way to implement the EERP and apply the
EERP technology. There can be another way to implement the EERP without the EERP
Portal. For example, there can be a case for some services providers and service
consumers using SOA Registry-Repository to find each other, to exchange business
quality of services information among them, and to begin negotiations for establishing
Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
