    Can we reuse the OASIS CIQ specification for parties 
    (e.g. name, address, local government jurisdiction for both 
    individuals and organizations.

    I think that at the least we should be aligned, but I would prefer to 
    use these specifications rather than do an incomplete job of 
    specifying our own requirements for a very legally complex set of 
    issues.
