Proposal:
"(WTC) include Rating Credentials as a defined term. Replace all uses of "credential(s) with "Rating Credential(s)".
Define the term as follows:
Rating Credentials include but are not limited to licenses, permissions, certifications, awards, associations, degrees, quality descriptions, and affiliations. They describe a specific service or set of services by a particular service provider.*
*Rating Credentials are distinct from security credentials, although the core meaning is related. Rating Credentials suggest the value or quality of a given service offered by a service provider. [FOOTNOTE TO DEFINITION]
