bSLA spec has the following: 

6 According to OASIS Reference Model for Service Oriented Architecture [SOA-RM], Service Oriented
7 Architecture (SOA) is a paradigm for organizing and utilizing distributed capabilities that may be under the
8 control of different ownership domains. The service within SOA is a mechanism to enable access to one
9 or more capabilities, where the access is provided using a prescribed interface and is exercised
10 consistent with constraints and policies as specified by the service description. This specification further
11 defines the bSLA between the service requester and the service provider for the service which is defined
12 in SOA-RM, within the EERP technology.
