Apologies, and scheduling

We've completed our Committee Specification.

My understanding of the actions taken was that Andy and/or Szu would upload a document describing the necessary conditions and how the TC would address them in consideration of moving toward an OASIS Standard.

I cannot find the planned documents.

The apology - the scheduled meetings from then to now should have been canceled. I did not do that, and I will retrospectively cancel meetings that were scheduled and did not take place.

We should schedule a meeting in March. I propose Wednesday/Thursday March 23/24 which fits with our usual every-two-weeks schedule.

Andy and Szu, if you're still working on those documents please let me know in private email.
