I was broswing webservices.org for the OASIS SOA RM article and came
across the article "BEA Joins Systinet SOA Governance Interoperability
Framework".

This could have relevance in helping shape the SOA RA Governance
requirements.

Systinet got its start in SOA by providing secure communication gateways
between stovepipe Naval computing systems.  Systinet is now one of the
leading SOA providers in the DoD space.
