RE: [soa-rm-ra] SOA Governance

The IBM article discusses SOA governance in terms of
SOA life cycle - Plan, Define, Enable, Measure.  The
Business Integration article discusses SOA governance
in terms of computing Policies. The HP article
describes SOA governance in terms of  business service
lifecycle - Develop, Enable, Publish and provision,
Discover, and Manage. The HP article describes using a
business service registry and business service
management to achieve SOA governance, computing
policies are a part of the business service registry.

Enable, Publish and Provision, Discover, Measure,
Manage, and Policies would be good topics to discuss
for RA SOA governance.
