WIKI update

All:
I have put up a skeleton of the RA on the WIKI.
It *is* possible to incorporate images, some of the skeleton pages  
have them.

I suggest the following (long winded sorry) process:

1. Construct your diagram. Suggest PNG format.
2. Upload to KAVI. Specifically to the Diagrams folder in the RA  
documents repository
   (http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/soa-rm-ra/ 
documents.php)
3. Copy the link to the document containing the image
4. Paste the link as is into the wiki page.
