Title: Re: [soa-rm-ra] Rep of Description Class - Please review DCMI Abstract Model
I always found the semantics aspect of this model very vague and not really complete. I like the 11179 model better of
Conceptual domain (ontology) -> data element concept – data element
It seems much more aligned with current ontology->taxonomy(controlled vocabulary)->class

Ken,
With respect to the Representation of Description Class you have articulated in the RA, please review the following from Dublin Core Metadata Interchange (DCMI) abstract model, which is based on DCMI Element Set - ISO/IEC 15836 Std):
http://dublincore.org/documents/abstract-model/
Please note Figs. 1 & 2.
