Hi Duane,

The pdf provides good general definitions for policy
that will transition well into the IT mechanisms that
support policy.  I will work this into the RA Policies
and Contracts Model.

There is a caption under the PolicyService figure that
states a policy decision point will either pass or
fail.  A PDP may return obligations which is not
necessarily a pass or fail but an indication that more
has to be done to pass.  

The Policy Decision Point is associated and wrapped
within the Policy Service.  Is there a standards based
reference that defines Policy Service?

The document cuts off mid sentence for the definition
of Policy Audit, was there more to the PDF?
