  I have been looking at your policy description (finally!).
  I am afraid that I have heart burn for some of the aspects of this  
characterization of policy.

Specifically, it is too specific to one particular style of policy  
framework. I believe that it is also more specific than we need to be.

I have particular heartburn with this WS-Policy style of policy. It  
is simply too limiting in expressive scope.

I hope that you do not mind if I edit this stuff before inserting it  
into our architecture.
