If properly understood, now is the time when comments against the 0.2 version are collected. I would like to only remind about the comments I  uploaded a month ago...

I am trying to follow posted discussions ( via e-mail ) but my current schedule prevents me from participation in the conf. calls at given time. Very sorry. Probably, I will change my status from Member to Observer...

  Please note, however, that the official period of entering comments 
for the 0.1 version is long gone; and we have not asked for comments 
against the 0.2 version. If you would like to participate more 
effectively, it would be better to join us in our weekly 
teleconference calls.
  At the moment we are still processing issues raised against v 0.1.
