Not just the endpoints but the actual data coming out of the endpoints too.

I think the implied abstract model behind WS-Policy is akin to what we’re looking for.

 especially issues 5038 and 5039 for specifics in things I've brought up to the WG and the links to their response and my comments back.

Understanding this is vital to the RA because it go to the issue of how much you load at endpoints and what does it mean to describe a service if you do load things at endpoints.  It eventually also goes to the issue of discovery.

I am sending this note to you in my role as co-chair of the W3C WS-Policy
WG.

The W3C WS-Policy WG has published Last Call Working Drafts of Web Services
Policy 1.5 - Primer [1] and Guidelines for Policy Assertion Authors [2]
specifications.  The Last Call review period is from Sep 28 thru Oct 19
2007.

The WS-Policy WG would like the OASIS WS-RX TC to review these
specifications.

We look forward to receiving any comments your TC has on these Last Call
Working Drafts.  Instructions on filing comments can be found in the Status
sections of [1-2].
