I don't see Ownership as an aggregation. As an alternative, consider
The accompanying discussion would elaborate on rights and responsibilities. I think maintenance and disposal are general responsibilities of ownership; enabling access is a responsibility if the resource is a service. In a similar fashion, the discussion would elaborate on rights, such as the right to transfer ownership.
