Modified SOA-RA Wiki Content

Colleagues,

 

I got tired of trying to explain to folks who e-mail me or call me regarding the material from the SOA-RA Wiki site that is clearly deprecated so I removed the content and added a disclaimer that we will publish the link to the SOA-RA spec once it becomes available.  I did make reference (and links) to the SOA-RM as well as our distinction between the Reference Model and Reference Architecture.
