I'm so confused I didn't even realize there was confusion.

I (which does not mean the rest of the world) look at business logic as my overall thinking and rationale for proceeding in a certain way.  Business rules are the nuts and bolts that implements my business logic.

Now I expect there are 6 other terms for this that I've never heard of, but I look forward to us coming up with something consistent that suits our needs and doesn't overly propagate the confusion.

I think yawl mixing up business logic with business rules.  And from what I can tell from Don's original note, it's in the business rules man.  Business logic is a very fuzzy non-standard term.  It's a term that's used and abused in the e-business world whereas business rules have a more solid foundation my friends.
