To Jeffs notes:

1)	to say Actions (and Events) are conveyed through Messages  is fine but not enough. It is still unclear if acting against service always results in RWE. Only services Actions initiated by the consumer Actions ( and delivered by Messages), directly lead to the RWE.

2)	Here is an example of my statement in 1) -  The Action Model (which is part of the Service Interface) The Action Model, as described, does not include services Actions. Thus, Action Model can convey but cannot provide for the RWE  interface can only path-through, it does not act. We need to extend Action Model by including Service Actions in it.
