I would like to introduce you to a friend of mine who recently got moved
into a pivotal role within IBM for standards.  Heather is now their STSM,
Management Standards Architecture and Strategy, Standards, SWG, a member of
IBM Academy of Technology and Author of "Java and JMX: Building Manageable
Systems".  

We just had a talk around harmonizing our efforts on SOA but I wanted to
