Proposed response to OG

   Sorry for being so slow to respond.
   The RA group would be very interested in arranging a set of meetings.
   We would be interested in accessing more of the OG's working  
documents; assuming of course that IP issues can be resolved  
satisfactorily.
   Personally, I think that this would work best if we base this on a  
few ground rules:
1. A process of regular interactions will work better than a single  
mega-session
2. We should be clear about the goals and objectives for the cooperation
3. Some specific agenda items for meetings
