Actually, when you buy a house you have requirements to meet, which you
just started to elucidate.  The problem is ownership is both a state,
not a process and a goal implies a process not a state.

Indeed, Bob, when you bought the house you had goals (e.g. having your
own place) and constraints (e.g. there were things you felt were
important in choosing the house) and you created an ownership boundary
in which your goals and constraints are realized.
