Yeah, but I really liked the example.

Also, I deal with people all the time who say yes but I'm never  
letting anybody I don't expect use my service.  I've got to manage  
load so I don't want unknown numbers of users.  I didn't test for that  
so they shouldn't be able to use for that.  If anybody can use it and  
it doesn't work the way it's described (which all my regular users  
already know), I don't want to deal with the support load.

So it is sometimes nice to see a restatement of the obvious when I'm  
often told by people they want the new magic while only using the old  
tricks.
