Another diagram

This one uses dependencies where appropriate(!) and makes trust itself  
an association class. Originally, I tried to make it a ternary  
association class, but that seems impossible in MD.

In addition, I am not sure that we need to explicitly call that  
evidence is about RWE. In fact, it may well not be about that but  
something else (such as whether the trustee has an entry in the  
corporate register).

This diagram puts trust into context, but does not seem to elucidate  
what trust *is*.
