I empathize with what you are saying (particularly in terms of RAF adoption); however, I believe this is focusing on an 'ecosystem' perspective rather than the more concrete essence of SOA.  We might argue that is the case for all of Sect 3.  I don't think modeling from an ecosystem perspective is a bad thing even if it may seem a bit too abstract for a lot of folks trying to put it to use.

Will catch up with you on a future call.  As I mentioned, I'm unfortunately out of pocket for the next couple of telecons.
