Management Model - release candidate

Gentlemen,

Ken tipped me with an idea to run DIF between the PR2 versions and my final editing.I regret to admit I do not have capacity to do this: the PR2 version has 4 pages while my editing has 9.5 pages. Also, I extracted several fragments from Dan's version but mixed them with the rest of the document and unable to re-store the traces back.

As the result, I have attached sections 5.3 in the versions:  PR2, Dan's and mine. Plus, I've attached the fragments from different section where I propose some modifications with regard to the Management Model.

In addition, I tried to list all variants of the definition of 'management' appeared in our recent discussion for your consideration.

My text in the 'release candidate' is in blue (I verified it this time) vs. the text from the Editors’ Draft, 17-01-2011, which I started with.

I hope, it is still doable to compare the versions by reading :-(
