accepting full coverage review comments

I realize I didn’t set up anything concrete for making it known that section leads accept comments.  This should cover that oversight.

 

Section leads - please let me know with cc to the commenter the  following:

-          Which comments you accept

-          What modifications to the comments are acceptable to you and the commenter

-          Any outstanding comments where there is not resolution.

 

Unless immediately critical or easily resolved, we will defer things in the third category until after we’ve begun the public review.

 

If you accept all the comments from a given commenter, a simple email to that effect is sufficient.
