follow-up on today's meeting

First, thanks to Jeff for chairing the meeting; minutes need to be corrected to reflect that J

 

One item I was going to propose today with regard to the current Gold copy was to accept all changes and remove all comments except for those describing the changes Jeff will make to figures, and then distribute that as an almost complete pre-read to the RM list.  That will give people a 2-week window prior to the RM meeting on 29 July.  I’ll then send out a final version when that is available.  Basically, I think it is presumptuous to drop a 120-page document on someone with only a week’s notice and, while not perfect, the pre-read would keep us on schedule. 

 

An alternative would be to push the RM meeting back a week to 6 July.

 

Please let me know your preference or suggest and an alternative.
