Thanks, Peter.  I think the visual glitches are resolved although I’m a little concerned that other damage may have been done during Word’s inserting and then my deleting duplicate figures.  At this point, I’d be happy to get a pdf so I can send it out to the full TC.

The attached appears to be complete and with almost all of the visual formatting glitches at least cosmetically repaired.  The problem I have is that if I use Word to save the corresponding pdf, it seems to randomly but repeatably insert copies of a number of figures.  I get this problem most in the description section but it happens elsewhere in section 4 and occasionally elsewhere. 

 

So I need a few things:

1.       Please look at the attached and help assure that I’ve removed the duplicate figure problems and appropriately corrected formatting (including reconnecting paragraphs) where the duplicates occurred.

2.       Can someone generate a clean pdf?
