issues update 20111123

Here is the latest update.  I sent Allen Jones of Boeing and Zoran Milosevic the responses to their comments but have not heard back from them.  Rex still needs to go through his. 

 

We are at the point of commenters getting back to their editors if there is still something to resolve.  I personally haven’t gotten to that, so I need to set a better example. 

 

For next week, I hope to add extra sheets to the spreadsheet to pull out those issues (1) where there is agreement but we need to track the agreement making it into the document, (2) where changes have been made and the commenter is free (encouraged?) to check the change, (3) where we have issues needing to be actively worked, (4) where the issue is just in limbo for some reason.
